License to use
The purchase grants a right to use Total Civil Agent under the contracted plan, platform, term and scope.
Intellectual property
Source code, copyright, trademarks, engines, designs and proprietary documentation are not sold or transferred.
Authorized use
Unauthorized copying or redistribution, sublicensing, resale, tampering with signing/activation/integrity, circumvention of technical controls, or reverse engineering intended to bypass licensing is prohibited except to the extent mandatory applicable law permits it.
Activation and revalidation
Use requires an account, entitlement, authorized device and a short-lived signed technical lease with periodic online revalidation. No permanent offline license exists, even when the purchased commercial right is permanent.
Integrity and technical protection
The product may use code signing, integrity checks, device-bound keys, anti-tamper, anti-debugging and platform attestation where available. These measures complement, but do not replace, server authorization.
Connectivity and offline use
Offline use is temporary and limited by the signed lease lifetime. When that technical authorization expires, Internet access is required to revalidate; the application may enter restricted mode, but it does not delete or hold user data hostage.
Customer data
Technical signals needed for security, anti-fraud, activation, integrity and support must be minimized and handled under the privacy policy. A licensing failure never authorizes deletion, corruption or seizure of customer data.
Mandatory rights
Nothing limits mandatory consumer or user rights that apply.
